We are looking for a Senior Sales Leader with e-commerce and enterprise ux/ui sales background with a keen sense of ownership, drive, and desire to win. In this role, you will identify and reach out to the potential clients of CX100 in APAC Markets. You will need to identify and convey a compelling value proposition of our services and solutions to the prospects . This role primarily focuses on opening new client opportunities.

What will you do on a daily basis?

  • Prospect, Qualify and Develop Target Accounts to create sales-ready leads through LinkedIn and other sources.
  • Consistently meet and exceed Demand Generation quotas to create optimal sales pipeline.
  • Lead the APAC Inside Sales program to build and develop world-class Inside Sales teams across APAC markets delivering against growth targets and key metrics on lead and pipeline development.
  • Maintain relationships with key customers across APAC.
  • Be the first  point of contact for all incoming leads.
  • Create custom proposals/concept pitches working with the operations team. 
  • Independently negotiate and close deals.
  • Contract management and follow up on invoices/payments.

What do we expect?

  • A business graduate degree, preferably an MBA.
  • 7+ years of experience in driving B2B sales for the APAC regions.
  • Well versed with CRM Process.
  • Absolutely amazing communication and presentation skills.
  • Should demonstrate solid skills in, influencing and negotiation.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong commitment to adhere to the process.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proven capabilities and skills in account development, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call structure/control, and time and territory management.
  • Team player who possesses a desire and ability to work in a fast paced, goal oriented sales environment.
