This is a Research Coordinator role where you will be responsible for managing and coordinating end to end research projects working closely with the research team of the client and external vendors for user recruitment. You will also be part of end-to-end research projects in terms of helping to conduct interviews, collate insights and create impactful presentations.

What will you do on a daily basis?

  • Enabling project management and recruitment process for user research projects working with various vendors.
  • Setting up screeners and field set-up. 
  • Data management of insights at a local and Global level – inputting of research insights on a database, tracking resolution and insight mining for periodic customer trend analysis. 
  • Helping with Data analysis on small studies.
  • Helping with Video editing of user interviews (cutting, subtitling, etc.) to bring alive the customer’s POV.

What do we expect?

  • 1-3 years of solid Work experience in a design/marketing agency in managing and coordinating User Research/Market research initiatives with vendors.
  • Experience with User research & recruitment process and managing end to end Research Projects.
  • Masters/ Graduate degree in design, arts, commerce, science, psychology.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills including the ability to persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
  • Relevant experience in data analysis, moderation, triangulation of Qual-Quant data/insights. 
  • Fluency in using basic video editing tools.
  • Experience in a highly agile environment.
  • The ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
